You need

  • A free Claude account.
  • Tally (free). Forms, answers and webhooks are all free.
  • For AI to act on each answer the second it comes in: Grok Bot (from $30 a month, more if it runs many times a day) and a free Hookdeck account. You need both.

Easiest way: Grok Bot can build and publish the form in Tally and give you the link. Sign in to Tally on its computer once. It can wire up the instant part too. Sign in to Hookdeck there as well.

    Tell it what to do with each answer, like add it to a sheet and tell you about the good ones. Copy its Webhook URL and Webhook key.

    Source: Tally. Hookdeck gives you a link. Destination: the Grok Bot Webhook URL, with Bearer auth set to the Webhook key. Turn on retries and set a limit under 100 an hour.

    Paste the Hookdeck link and save. Send one test answer and check that Grok Bot gets it.
